How we work

Simple, transparent steps from enquiry to shipment

Our model is built around clarity: clear roles between mill and trader, clear documents, clear flows of funds. Once we understand your needs, we move through a defined process to avoid surprises for anyone involved.

1. Enquiry & product match

You share your target varieties, specs, destination, volumes and expected timelines. We respond with available options, sample specs and an initial commercial indication.

2. Onboarding & documentation

Once there is a commercial fit, we complete customer registration and KYC using our standard forms, align on incoterms and payment structure, and agree the draft contract.

3. Execution & shipment

Production, quality checks and loading are coordinated with the supplying mills. We share shipment documents, inspection results and tracking so you and your bank can see the full picture.
